We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Montisol, Montserrat. The location is fantastic, the apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly set up for a relaxing stay. It really felt like a home away from home.
What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was the kindness of the owners. After we returned to England, we realised our little boy had left behind his teddy bear, the same one he’s slept with since he was one year old. We were quite worried, but after getting in touch, the owners kindly searched for it, found it, and very thoughtfully arranged to post it back to us in England.
That small act of kindness meant the world to our little boy (and to us!). It’s rare to come across hosts who go so far above and beyond for their guests.
